To start a return, email info@kawzuluonline.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted for unworn clothing with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. For split-package orders, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.

What to know

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error. Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Non-returnable items

Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and open-pack wholesale orders are non-refundable.
